Who needs a warm gun for happiness when you have a penthouse on Central Park?

Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy have purchased a $15.5 million penthouse at 1045 Fifth Ave., the New York Post reports. The two-level, 10-room penthouse features wraparound balconies with clear views into Central Park. Monthly maintenance fees for the apartment, which takes up the 14th and 15th floors of the building, are $12,935 per month.

The home has only ever belonged to Irene Duell, widow of real estate developer Manny Duell, who lived there until her death at age 92 last summer. Duell’s children, Thea and Benjamin, put the property on the market soon after their mother passed, the New York Times reported earlier this year.
