The Piano Man has married his Uptown Girl.
Singer/songwriter Billy Joel married former Wall Street risk manager Alexis Roderick on the Fourth of July, reports Business Insider. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo presided over the Long Island ceremony.
Joel met the former Morgan Stanley risk manager in a restaurant in Huntington, New York. They’ve been dating for about six years and are expecting a baby girl this summer. The wedding is a fourth for the 66-year-old Joel.
The 33-year-old Roderick was working for Morgan Stanley in Melville, New York, when she met Joel. She later joined Merrill Lynch in New York City, before moving back to Morgan Stanley in Riverhead, New York. According to Finra she was last registered in April 2015.
